Far West USY Applications

Here you can find applications for all your Far West application needs. To view and print the applications you will need to have Adobe Reader. You probably have it but if you don't you need to download it from the download site.

There are many applications you can find here. They are classified into three categories: Kinnus (applications for kinnuses), other (applications for other events), and archive (archived applications).

Type it Up

We are working on a system that you will be able to type up your application in the form enabled PDF, sign it using a digital signature, and send the application through email. This will eliminate all paper a much greener way to submit applications.

At the moment only some applications can be type in and you cannot digitally sign them or send them. After you type the app up you have to print it out, sign it, and send it in the mail.
