The Far West Regional Executive Board (colloquially referred to as Cabinet) is made up of eight officers. Seven of these officers are elected at Regional Convention, and the eighth member (the Parliamentarian) is appointed by the newly elected Regional President.
For more information on how Regional Board works, check out the Constitution.
Make sure to check out each Cabinet Member’s Counterpart Packets from LTI!
Meet this year’s Regional Officers and check out a bio below!

(Mem/Kad). I can lick my nose. I can't move my ears, which is a
bummer, but it's OK because I can raise my eyebrows.
Once upon a time I was just a lone traveler. And then I joined USY
and had a great time! I got really into it really quickly, and became
president of my chapter (Temple Beth Am Los Angeles, #TBALA
#betterBethAm)! Now you can find me
doing general Mem-Kaddy things, in this (the best) region and for
international USY as a whole (#InternationalGeneralBoard).
My radio station of choice is 93.1 Jack-FM; I jam out to it when I
cruise around in my mom's minivan (#minivansROCK!).
I'm a sock fanatic--if you ever see me wearing socks that aren't
cool, call me out on it and I'll take you sock shopping with me
Text me, email me, call me, Facebook me, FaceTime me, Google Hangout
with me, Instagram me (@joeyabelez), snap me (joeabs1), etc. I'm all
B'ahava, (with love)

Hi, I’m Talia!
Paul J. Meyer once said, “Communication - the human connection - is the key to personal and career success.” Lucky for Paul, I love communications! Words cannot describe how excited I am to be serving as the Communications VP for the 2016-2017 year! Some facts about me: Besides USY, I spend a lot of my time playing soccer, hanging out with friends and family, making ceramics, eating sushi, and doing all the typical senior year things! Temple Aliyah has been a huge part of my life since pre-school, so shoutout to my chapter; you guys are the best! My dog is the love of my life and my pride and joy. His name is Benji (snapchat me for about a million pictures a day of him). I spend my summers in the beautiful Simi Valley at Camp Alonim and my school months in the hills of Agoura (Agoura High School). If you ever have any comm-related questions, don’t be shy! My numbers right up there^ and you can follow me on instagram @taliaharnoy!! :))
